Our recipes are from a number of sources, including Nana’s old recipe box and memories of watching her prepare meals.

The ingredients list for each recipe has been simplified in many cases and expanded to provide options for 100 servings or more.

The quantity for each ingredient is shown for 100 servings and 10 servings. To get the correct quantity for 140 servings, use the 10-servings column x 4, then add the 100 servings column.
